Liked the a double room we had. Need to add that swimming pool view was a nice bonus. The location was magnificent in the middle of jackson, feet from Mejorada Park. All the employees were helpful and lovely.

The hotel is perfect with lovely staff and views of garden. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are particularly good. Its location right by the heart of Merida is incredible and stunning. You could walk to a market and stores. The venue restaurant is awesome. We do recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location, close to all the attractions. The room was beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. The staff were friendly and responsive, making me feel at home. Although there was a minor issue with the pool system, the hotel quickly resolved it and ensured my comfort. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

The venue was set in the very central position very close to great restaurants and shops, the center of Mérida and whole Yucatan. Found Cartas a Frida very close to the hotel where I had supper. The a nice size and fairly quiet room had all the necessary facilities, climate control, multi-channel TV, and an electronic key card.

Our recent stay at Acqua In Bocca was a delight. The location was perfect, with plenty of attractions within walking distance. The room was cozy and the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The shower had excellent water pressure, making for a refreshing experience. The attentive staff made us feel welcome and were quick to respond to our needs. Although the pool was too cold to swim in during January, it was still a beautiful area to relax in. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Merida.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and attended to any needs or questions I had. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with easy access to all the main attractions in the city. I loved being able to walk to the Plaza Grande in just a few minutes. the room was spacious and comfortable, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment for my weekend getaway.

There were a couple of minor issues that I experienced during my stay. there was some construction noise during the day, which occasionally interrupted my rest.

Best service in any hotel! The owner was super friendly, always offering free cold water and coffee. He even served our own bottle of wine by the pool in proper glasses. The beds were so comfortable and the location in the center was excellent. Free public parking nearby and a very nice pool. Great value for money.

Our room had a small window high up, couldn't see anything. Shower water took a while to get hot.
