Outstanding stay in Merida with fantastic staff and great location.
While I had a lovely experience overall, I did encounter a couple of hiccups during my stay. The Wi-Fi signal in my room was inconsistent at times, which made it somewhat challenging for my work needs. Additionally, the breakfast options were quite limited, and it would have been nice to have a bit more variety to start my day.

Consider asking for a room with a view if you prefer natural light and an open atmosphere during your stay.

So I guess I should be grateful for my stay, but why was the room severely lacking in natural light? Total downer. Not to mention, the staff didn’t seem to realize my elevated status and failed to offer any complimentary welcome treat. Almost was ready to rave about my stay, but those missteps just couldn’t be overlooked.

My experience at Acqua In Bocca was exceptional. The property is conveniently located near shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. Gino and his team provided outstanding service, ensuring that my needs were always met. The rooms are well-appointed, comfortable, and cleaned daily. I particularly enjoyed the refreshing pool, which offered a peaceful retreat after busy workdays.
The street renovations outside were somewhat disruptive.

The staff provided excellent service. Gino and his team were incredibly attentive. The location was ideal, situated within walking distance to restaurants and shopping, while the pool was refreshing after a hot day. Daily room cleaning ensured a comfortable environment, and the staff's efforts, such as arranging transportation for forgotten items, exceeded my expectations.
Noise from the street could be heard at times.

I had a wonderful stay and loved the spacious room with a large balcony that had a hanging chair! The pool area was perfect for relaxing, especially with the lush plants around it. Just wish there were more snack options available in the hotel!

The Superior King Room was super spacious and clean, just how I like it! Big bonus for having a private bathroom. The balcony was awesome—huge and came with a fan, which was a lifesaver in the heat. I could chill outside and enjoy the view of the lovely pool. Comfy bed too! Honestly, I felt right at home.

This place was just a well-suited match for a short stay in Merida with a reasonable price. I really enjoyed the refreshing saltwater pool after long days exploring. Make sure to ask for the quiet rooms in the back.
